Got the part needed. I just diagnosed it myself looked up the part and went in with the part number. They had it in and out in ten minutes. Note this business is cash less. Only credit cards.

Horrible customer service. Puts you on hold and does not even come back to you even after 20 minutes. Then when calling them back after hanging up, they don't answer the phone. AND then finally...

Parts were available in Austin for my Whirlpool refrigerator with 1 day shipping. Customer service was excellent highly appreciated quick response and ship time.
