I showed up for enrollment but was left waiting without any communication. Additionally, the gym facilities were in disrepair, with broken mirrors.

I Just moved to Alvin and I do NOT recommend this gym, Customer service is the most poor and unorganized system I have ever see. The manager Sophia is extremely rude and does not have any respect...
