Andrea Baker, MD

Shreeya Popat, MD, obtained her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2016 and then, in 2021, she completed her residency in Urology at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Popat then completed a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Virginia Mason Medical Center. As a Urologist, Dr. Popat diagnoses and treats non-cancerous urological conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary fistulae, erectile dysfunction, and incontinence or difficulty urinating in men and women. She also specializes in urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery. She joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2023.

Kevin K. Yu, MD, MS, is a fellowship-trained gastroenterologist who attended St. Louis University School of Medicine, graduating in 2018. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2021. Dr. Yu remained at UTHealth to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition in 2025 and joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2025. In addition to providing colon cancer prevention and endoscopy services, he diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease, gastric reflux, hepatology, eosinophilic esophagitis, gastrointestinal motility issues, and pancreas conditions.

Justin Sailo, DO, completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 2021. After graduation, he relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to complete the In His Image Family Medicine Residency program in 2024. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Sailo joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in August 2025 and is trilingual in English, Burmese, and Spanish. He provides primary care for all ages, including well checks, immunizations, sick care for acute injuries and illness, and management for chronic conditions. Dr. Sailo is especially interested in preventive health, addiction medicine, obesity medicine, and minor in-office procedures.
