if I could switch companies, I would. But I now owe them another year of my CPAP supplies experience because I got a new replacement CPAP. aero absolutely cannot take a change of supplies orders...

Keep trying to charge my insurance for something I never had. I never had oxygen from them. They have turned it over to a debt collector, told them it was a fraudulent charge.
