Not a happy customer.. 3 separte visit for the same problem within 2 months, now technician says need a $3700 repair, which should have been diagnosed on 1st visit. At this point don't trust there...

called to have air duct cleaning. technician courteous but ask for a ladder right off..unprepared... he cleans 3 of the vents while im out of his way.. calls me to see how much debri he has...
