Everything - except the new transparent iPhone cases. They're pieces of trash, as they flex along the lower sides of the case. When I dropped my brand new phone, the screen protector shattered....

This place is so bad it makes me miss my landline and long for the days of rotary phones. Seriously, their choices for phone cases are slim and none. This place needs an overhaul in the worst way....

Claimed the system was down and could only except cash. Charged me a hundred dollars for a plastic screen protector. I will also be reporting to the BBB. This is stealing!

I made an upgrade to my service of 2 years with Verizon. Initially, they gave me an in store charge and then said that going forward my bill would be set. A week or so later, I noticed the charge...
