Spreading the gospel of Tennessee Whiskey, one Old Fashioned at a time Chris Mallon is a 25 year veteran of the truly impressive and ever growing Nashville hospitality scene. After a 20 year kitchen career that took him across the globe, Chris made the switch to cocktails in 2017, designing contemporary cocktails that found their inspiration in the kitchen. In addition to Tennessee Whiskey Workshop and founding the Nashville Bartender's Foundation (501c3) Chris Mallon also serves as the President of the Nashville chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild.
