Dr. Brian Mitchell is board certified in cardiovascular medicine, internal medicine and nuclear cardiology. He has been with Chattanooga Heart since 2004 and is the recipient of numerous awards and honors. Dr. Mitchell completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiology at the University of Arizona, Tucson. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee with bachelor degrees in both biology and anthropology.
