Tad's Roadkill Grill

History

Chef Ben (whose middle name is Tad) recently moved to Tennessee to enjoy the beauty of the country. He is pursuing one of his dreams of operating his own food truck. Chef Ben enjoys cooking classic cuisines and throwing in a little Asian twist to them. However, with his food truck he has taken his passion and focused on serving more traditional food truck items with tons of flavor. Cooking has always been a huge passion of his and he puts his heart into each dish.

Specialties

We have hand-cut ribeye Cheesesteaks, imported gourmet hot dogs from New York (in a natural casing), and our famous Road Rash Plate (two sides, choice of meat, covered in a spicy meat sauce (kinda like chili), and onions.
