HistoryBuilt by the Murphy family in the early 1860's the plantation was one of the largest privately owned land tracks in East Tennessee with over 2,700 acres. It became the summer home of the Swann family from Knoxville in the late 1930's. Purchased and restored by the Millers in the early 1980's the old farm has been transformed into one of the most beautiful and historic event venues in East Tennessee.SpecialtiesWe are an authentic 150+ year-old southern plantation that has been transformed into a wedding and event venue.
