History

Suburban Print Shop is a small business being run out of a garage, we are your place for passionate, caring, no lies, screen printers. While still working in screen printing shops in the Nashville area SPS wants to have their own shop one day. We like to share our own information about things we come across and we like helping others learn and achieve their own success. We love screen printing and we love to help. If you have a custom screen printing order you need done by a small business of a group of awesome printers then give us a ring. Suburban Print Shop is currently set up with a 4 color press. Each design is separated into colors on our computer using design software and each color requires its own screen. We expose the images in the screens using a specific light source and time and using a different screen for each color. The screens are registered for each color, then clamped into our press and then are loaded with ink manually. Each color gets laid down onto a shirt one s

Specialties

We specialize in all types of custom screen printing from box and paper printing, to apparel printing for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and even blankets. We not only use traditional plastisol ink but also discharge and waterbase inks.
