Studio 154 Luxury Hotel + SKYDECK encompasses 15,000 square feet of the top floor and roof of 154 2nd. Ave North. The building, dating back to the mid-1900's, used to serve as a location for merchants traveling through Nashville to sell and trade dry goods. Boasting 22' high ceilings, 10' tall historic arched windows and exposed original brick, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the modern amenities provided. Studio 154 has preserved much of the historic building and facade, which when coupled with modern furnishings, provides a one-of-a-kind luxury experience for guests visiting the City of Nashville.
