The Health Center at Standifer Place (HCSP) is located on a beautiful forty-four acre campus near Hamilton Place Mall in scenic Chattanooga, Tennessee. On our property are skilled nursing facilities, an assisted living facility, and an independent living facility. We also offer adult day care services at our assisted living facility and assistive home services in the community. Residents have convenient access to services on the journey from short-term care to long-term care, all on one campus. Services include Alzheimer’s and memory care in a secured environment, on-site professional medical services, fall and wound prevention programs, therapeutic recreation, and respiratory therapy.

Located west of the Tennessee River and 40 miles north of Chattanooga, The Veranda at Rhea County is a state-of-the-art assisted living facility located only 2 miles from Rhea Medical Center. Our resort-like atmosphere and homelike environment makes us a perfect choice for assisted living care. We focus on assisted living services with available medication management. Our facility includes 30 spacious apartments with walk-in showers and an emergency response system, allowing residents to remain as independent as possible. We are part of a continuum-of-care campus, meaning our residents have access to assisted living, nursing care and rehabilitation services - all in one convenient place.
