Based in Nashville, Tenn., Nashville Bun Company opened an English muffin production line in 2001. It manufactures and sells more that 4 million dozen muffins annually. It was established in 1999 as a bun packaging center and storage facility for the Tennessee Bun Company. Its packaged buns are marketed throughout the United States and the Caribbean Islands and internationally to Germany. It has a cold storage, refrigerated warehouse and a distribution center that specializes in food products. This facility, a full-racked building features various dock doors and a refrigerated dock as well. Its cold storage is equipped with an automatic fire and burglar alarms. The bun company also provides individual order assembly, full-trailer services and logistical and an online inventory management support. Nashville Bun Company serves to a variety of companies that include McDonald's, Wolferman's, Deli Express, KFC, Chili s Grill & Bar, Ruby Tuesday, Perkins Restaurant & Bakery and Pepperidge Farm.
