Great service and attentive staff! I feel safe when I see their sign from the highway. I even schedule my pit stops until we see one on the map! Clean and friendly venue.

This Pilot is good. The truck parking is not ample but easy to get in and out. Doesn't get congested. 10:10pm on a Saturday and there's about 2 parking left. The store and showers were clean....

The Pilot is good. There is a Wendy's inside that has got to be the worst Wendy's restaurant in knoxville. When you go in to order they don't have what you want. This place is in a truckstop and...
