McMinn Memorial Nursing Home

McMinn Memorial Nursing Home is a part of Woods Memorial Hospital, and is located in Etowah, Tenn. It is a 90-bed dually licensed nursing home providing long-term care for both skilled and intermediate patients. It provides speech, physical and occupational therapies, as well as patient counseling. Its physical therapy department has registered physical therapists providing supervision of individual inpatient and outpatient programs, including pain management, therapeutic exercise for arthritis, orthopedic and neurological needs. Its emergency department is staffed 24 hours, seven days a week with a highly trained emergency physician and nurses. It is a Level III trauma center and has a full-time social worker and activities director.
