Why were you closed at 9:00?PM when store hours say 10 PM? Change it on internet!!! Can you imagine someone driving all the way over and you weren't open?

This review pertains to the in-home Consultation only in regard to exterior doors. We have been doing business with Lowe's forever. A few hiccups here and there but Lowe's has always been great...

4 workers were too involved in their conversation to help me find a toolbox. Not one employee said anything to us. Terrible service. Home Depot will always be my choice now.
