Kopita is the brainchild of Chef Avi Zenatti. Avi is a Moroccan/Israeli who honed his family recipes passed down through generations His expertise comes from cooking for his big family. He was inspired by the Downtown Knoxville community to share his love of food and so KoPita was born. We're proud to say that all of our food is made fresh. With no exceptions.
