The Philly Cheese Steak could be better if they had a little bit more steak. They were not busy at all around lunch time. Management needs to have them work on their customer services with a smile.

First off the subs were very good, we ordered the club sub and chicken Philly. Tasted great and service was prompt. Here's the rub...on a 75° day outside but inside the restaurant must be 30° and...

Great sandwiches - service is so-so. Seems to lack urgency. Feel they are disengaged with customers and aloof. Not sure I would keep returning honestly. Just felt unwelcoming to me
