"Bud" Harwell and present District Attorney General Thomas M. Bottoms. Bottoms assumed the office of District Attorney General in 1982, and for a long while thereafter the Firm was known simply as Harwell & Plant. Mr. Williams joined the Firm in 2000, and in 2002 the Firm took its present name of Harwell, Plant & Williams.
