History

Holiday Ham Holdings has been a locally owned and loved Memphis business since 1993. Don and Trey Jordan opened Holiday Deli & Ham on Perkins and offered basic deli selections made from scratch. Today, there are 4 total Holiday Deli & Ham locations with the newest introduction of Pimentos Kitchen + Market on Poplar Avenue at International Drive. Future plans for the company include expanding outside of the Memphis market and taking Memphis Love to Arkansas, Mississippi, Georgia and beyond. While Pimento Cheese has been the bread and butter for the company, it has grown to now offer a full deli menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as Holiday Honey Glazed Hams and Turkeys and take and bake sides. The success of this company lies completely in the 160 smiles that power it. As Trey always says
