I have been a chef my whole life but for the first time I am taking a leap with my own restaurant. Before we found Gavinos I knew that I wanted to work with Italian food and I have had the privilege of getting some great New York Pizza recipes and true Italian ingredients. Since taking over I have been able to add a few of my own items while keeping the NY Italian feel.

I'm a pizza nerd! The service is was great! Nice chill place. I have a rule as pizza nerd. I get pepperoni mushrooms and sausage. If you can't make a PMS great I know how you make your pizza....
