Erin Helton Crook received her Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN. She received her master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville; TN. Erin has experience in the fields of Primary Care and Cardiology. She is a member of Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistance and American Academy of Physician Assistance. She practices under the supervision of Dr. Eric Guerra, Interventional Cardiologist. Erin is originally from Cookeville, TN. She went into medicine because of her passion for people. She loves to get to know her patients and strives to make a difference in each and every life she touches. Erin is excited to continue to provide quality patient care in the Cleveland community.
