When you arrive back at airport. They leave you waiting an hour for shuttle pick up. This is at 1am when there is no traffic or many people. Then have an attitude when you request an ETA

Terrible service. Prices have gone up. Might as well just pay the airport price. Waited almost an hour for them to pick us up one time. 45 minutes another. Saving a dollar isn't worth it.
