I just waited 2 & 1/2 hours to be seen! I overheard that there was only 1 provider! This should not happen at a FAST PACE place! I will never go back!

The care has been great every time with everyone being super nice. The only issue is sometimes the extended wait times but I understand things unexpected happens.

Tried online check in but it might as well have pushed me to the bottom of the wait list. 1.5 hours IN THE LOBBY! Not even counting the wait once I got back into the room. Utterly ridiculous....
