Easiest check out and check back in ever! Vehicle was ready on time and clean. Would have preferred more than a quarter tank of gas but it was overall great so not a deal breaker. I live an hour...

Horrible customer service. Took forever to get the car that was reserved in advance. Took over half an hour. There's no reason it should take that long for a car reserved in advance.
