East High School

East High School is a public secondary school that offers education to students in grades nine through 12. It provides courses in various disciplines, such as business, mathematics, science, foreign languages, social studies, English, and practical and fine arts. It provides honors and advanced placement courses in a wide range of subjects, such as geometry, biology, personal computing, Web site designing, geography, history, engineering, art, chemistry and programming. It also offers special educational services for the disabled. The athletic programs offered by the school include soccer, basketball, swimming, football, volleyball, wrestling, and track and field. It also provides co-curricular activities and has various clubs and organizations. Its library offers Internet access, books and an information database. It is a part of the Memphis City Schools and is located in Memphis, Tenn.
