The bathroom ceiling was tile that had warped due to water and had mildew. The bathroom smelled like urine. The carpet was filthy. Breakfast was cold and not as described. We will never stay here...

Right off the top, if you are a family of 4 looking for a reasonably-priced place to stay near the national park or Dollywood, I think this is a very solid choice. I would call this above average....

8.8 rating, No way. the building was old and broken down. The front door was stuck, the walls were marked up. The curtains had holes in them. The towels were like sand paper. Find other places to...
