Richard Weis first opened J&R Automotive for business in Crossville, TN in 2002. It started as a part-time automotive repair business, operating in a small 2-bay garage. This place is deceptive, unrealistic in their pricing. They add things you do not need and overlook things you do need. All about getting your money while pretending to be the best.
