Black Bear Falls Resort Community includes a log clubhouse that is available for rent and is ideal for group gatherings, small wedding groups, or business meetings. There is free WiFi service. The spacious meeting room can accommodate up to 60 people, and 2 heated swimming pools (an adult pool and a children's pool ) with a spacious patio area, available for use by all owners and guests.Black Bear Falls Resort Community is restricted and maintained by a conscientious Home Owners Association. This association is dedicated to the restrictions and regulations that ensure the protection and preservation of the value of each cabin and the community as a whole.
