There was no one there when I returned car. Waited 15 minutes. They then proceeded to charge me a "fuel surcharge"! It was full. They said I then have to prove I got gas in car waisting more...

Horrible customer service. Walked over 3 miles from my hotel to pick up a car that was booked already. Once we arrived they told us they all our or cars. Do not recommend.
