Founded in 1973, Bradley/Cleveland Services is a community-based agency that serves the needs of adults and children with developmental disabilities. The agency is nationally accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Its services include on-site outpatient health care, day treatment, residential, out-patient child and youth mental health counseling, therapeutic foster care, intensive case management, and vocational and pre-vocational training. Bradley/Cleveland Services serves Bradley and Polk counties and employ over 400 staff that works in its nearly 40 residential and day program facilities. It maintains its headquarters in Cleveland, Tenn.
