She values creating a compassionate, safe environment to discuss client concerns. Some common issues that Deb works with are anxiety/panic, depression, trauma, marital, stress, eating issues, family issues, transitions, grief, adjustment disorders, and self esteem. She is trained in EMDR, which a specialized therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma and other disorders. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Therapy are also utilized in sessions.
