Service is always fast, food is good, and the app works nicely. My husband loves Jimmy John's so we eat here a lot since it's close to where we're staying.

Food: seems okay but hard to trust it given everything else. Service: Unwelcoming or rude. How about saying hello when someone walks in? How about occupying your time with productive tasks like...

Expensive. Didn't know how to make an unwich. Not worth $20 for two sandwiches that were just sad sandwiches. I get everything is expensive then at least be happy when a customer comes in and orders.

Customer Service ruined the experience !! Very unfriendly, no eye contact, no welcome, no smile, no thank you and not helpful. As we were ordering all the cashier was doing (with a sour puss look...
