Eden is a town in Marshall County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 89 at the 2010 census. Eden was founded at its current site in 1914. It was a merger of the towns of Old Eden and Frank, and was due to the coming of the railroad.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.4 km²), all of it land.
