The Empire Mall isn't what it used to be and the entire complex feels tired and in dire need of TLC. This AppleBees, connected to the mall, felt worn as well. Dining room was bright, but was dingy...

Sadly, it's hit or miss for both food and service. I miss the consistancy that used to be the regular for Applebees.
