The chicken quesadilla was good! The service was fine and we took ours home so the ambiance was great!

Placed order online and paid via PayPal, drove to pickup and was told they didn't have my order. Went inside where they had no wifi. I was told I had to go outside for wifi to find my order...

we went an hour before closing, they said no sauce, no drinks, not even WATER, i usually have a great time at zaxby's but today was not their day.

This zaxbys is always backed up. The service is okay and food is okay too. The Ambiance is okay too. Nothings really great about this location.
