They sell you a phone then 2 years later when the phone experiences multiple problems they say it's apples fault. Or upgrade, poor customer service poor everything. No manager around doubtful they...

This Verizon is terrible. If you want customer service I advise you go somewhere else. They aren't friendly, helpful or aware of what they are actually doing so even if you go to another Verizon...
