You will then proceed through a Video Otoscope Exam which is painless to help rule out issues with your ear canal or eardrum. Your hearing test, otherwise known as an Audiometric Exam, is very comprehensive and allows our Audiologist to evaluate they type and degree of hearing loss. You will then be presented with the best improvement options for your situation, demonstration of the hearing aid(s) recommended, and information. Our hearing specialists are with you every step of the way to help you make the best decision and place your order. This involves a quick, painless mold of your ears for the perfect fit. Up delivery of your new hearing aids, you will receive detailed instruction and routine check-ups to ensure that you are getting the highest performance out of your new hearing aids. We also review insurance options and handle most claims for you. If you are a current or retired Federal employee with Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS-FEHB) insurance, your plan pays up to $2,500 every 3 years which is enough to cover the cost of our Phonak hearing aids.
