Seabrook Island is a gated private island close to both Johns Island and Kiawah Island. I do not live on the island or own a home there, but it is primarily residential (no hotels). Seabrook also...

I've accessed Seabrook Island both by staying at Camp St. Christopher and also via boating directly to the beaches. The beaches here are beautiful and public via boat up to the high tide line....
