Let's see went online and ordered 3 o-rings for my pool on June 1. My credit card was charged first thing. On June 10 and 15 still hadn't received my order called the number and left a message...

Package arrived damaged. Returned items because they were not what we expected. They have a restocking fee if anything is returned and it is quite high. It cost $30 to ship back the returns....
