Susan Clare Diagana, NP - Piedmont Physicians of North Augusta

Alison Powell, FNP, specializes in Family Practice. She provides care for adolescents and adults with a variety of medical issues including Diabetes, Hypertension, and acute illness. Alison has been a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for more than 15 years. She did her undergraduate training at Clemson University and Master of Nursing at the Medical College of Georgia. In her spare time, Alison enjoys spending time with her family, watching her two boys play soccer, and Clemson football.

Susan Clare Diagana is a Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in all aspects of Primary Care for more than 15 years. She earned her BSN and FNP from Emory University. Susan's goal is to work as a team with patients to help them achieve the best quality of life possible by working to prevent, treat, and manage acute and chronic health issues. She especially enjoys providing effective treatment plans for diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, COPD, asthma, and depression/anxiety. Susan relocated to the area from Indianapolis, Indiana and enjoys rowing with Augusta Rowing Club, hiking, and riding horses in her free time.

Nurse Practitioner Mary Louise Smith specializes in Family Practice Primary Care. Her special interests include taking care of the whole family over their lifetime. She treats conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes, Arthritis, Women's Health, chronic conditions and acute infections. Mary Louise has been a family nurse practitioner for over 25 years. In her spare time, Mary Louise enjoys spending time with her three boys and husband. She also likes to read, sew, and spend time with friends.
