Southern Om Hot Yoga

Southern Om is an oasis from the surrounding world dedicated to promoting total well-being and life balance in a fun, friendly, clean and nurturing environment. At Southern Om, we offers two styles of hot yoga: Southern Flow where practitioners move through a series of postures to the rhythm of deep breaths, in a room heated to about 95°; and Southern 26, a series of 26 postures where each pose is held for 20, 30 or 60 seconds in a room heated to approximately 105°.These types of yoga are designed to challenge the body and free the sprit. So what does that mean if you are a beginner? It means you'll love it. You can modify every pose and know that you are getting one of the best workouts of your life.
