Since our founding in 2011, COGUM Global has helped dozens of families in the Rock Hill, SC area find low-income housing that's both safe and affordable. But our history is only the beginning of the story. Our nonprofit organization continues to rehabilitate communities through economic and community development.

The USS Wainwright Veterans Association, founded in 1986 by JC Carlson, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to preserving the memory of all vessels named Wainwright and supporting those who served aboard the three ships bearing the name. Through memberships, dues, and participation in regional veterans recognition events, the association aims to honor the legacy of these sailors. The organization hosts bi-annual reunions and manages a museum trailer, emphasizing camaraderie among members. Upcoming reunions, such as the one planned for September 2025 in Dayton, Ohio, offer opportunities for veterans to connect, share experiences, and engage further in the association's initiatives.
