Over the years, the name Sloan Appliance Service became synonymous with quality. This commitment continued into the sixties, when Whirlpool's Steve Upton visited the company. Deeply impressed, Upton made Sloan Appliance one of the first authorized service centers in the United States. Service We strive to give the customer service they can't get anywhere else. From the time your call is received, our office staff has been trained to listen, assist and respond to your service needs. Our on-time rate is over 98% for in-home repairs. We are very proud of that fact because it shows we value your time as much as you do. We offer full service shop repair. Customers and dealers can drop off any appliance and typically get a same-day diagnosis. For customers we provide same day or next day appointments.
