The Pictures have been touched up. This place is horrible I even saw a roach in my room. We had the presidential suite, which is larger room but the customer service was awful there is no room...

So disappointed upon entering the serendipity inn nothing like pictured we rented the presidental suite there's nothing presidential about it! 1st) It smelled like wet dogs and cigarettes...

If you want to get scammed out of your security deposit then go right ahead and book at this ghetto, trashy place. It's not close to the beach, the pictures don't look nothing like it says it...

If only it looked as nice as the pictures make it seem. You can't check in prior to 3 PM because there's nobody there to help you. The rooms Have paper thin walls you can hear absolutely...
