Renegade came and got my vehicle on the 7th of april now it's the 14th and still no word on my car just needed a water pump and thermastat when I call for status always says there working on it...

Was quoted a price on Facebook, was given another price that was higher when I dropped off my van. Was told 3 weeks to rebuild transmission, they had my van 15 weeks. Heard every excuse possible...
