Pelham Family Practice

At Prisma Health Pelham Family Medicine, formerly Pelham Family Practice, we focus on comprehensive care for the entire family, beginning with overall wellness and disease prevention, which includes a complete vaccination program. Our providers get to know each family member as a person and factor your medical history into your personalized care. We also offer same-day appointments.

Meghan Martin, NP, joined Prisma Health in April 2022. Martin completed her undergraduate nursing education at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She then attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she completed her doctoral degree to become a family nurse practitioner. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and working closely with them as partners in their healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking and spending time with her spouse and two dogs.

Dr. Ashley has always known he wanted to follow a career path in the medical field. His primary interests are in Hypertension, Sports Medicine, and musculoskeletal Injuries. He graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Palmetto Health/University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, SC in 2009.
