Patriot's Village

Patriot's Village is South Carolina’s newest State Veterans Home, providing post-acute rehabilitation, extended skilled nursing care, and specialized memory care for veterans in Sumter, South Carolina. Some of our amenities include large private and semi-private suites, inviting and home-like interiors, family dining for special occasions, open outdoor areas, and private gardens. Our staff, residents, and volunteers create a warm and friendly community that seeks to uphold and affirm the dignity and joy of life as we care for the physical and emotional needs of South Carolina’s Veterans. Our care teams work together to create personalized treatment and activity plans to help veterans and their loved ones through their care journey.
