HistoryStarted working in Real Estate in January 2003, the market was steady but quickly became a strong Sellers Market with homes getting multiple offers. In 2007, the real estate market went bust. I remember worrying about what I was going to do; but, I got up and went to work every day and found people who still needed to buy and sell homes. This was a tough time and it lasted for many years. In Fall of 2012, things started to turn around with lending institutions and home prices leveling out. Now the market is back to a Seller's Market and homes are again selling for top dollar with multiple offers. What this means to you is I have seen the good and the bad and I know how to survive in a fluctuating market. I have a strong knowledge of how to buy at the best price and sell at the highest price.
